I have to say your response was just a brilliant example of customer service! I will definitely recommend you to friends and family. We loved the hand dyed leather suite that we brought from Folio50. It fits perfectly in our surroundings. We are a couple in our 70’s and we have never used online bidding sites before, so when we saw a chair and footstool which you sold to a friend of ours it prompted us to call you directly to just chat things through. I have never used Ebay before and we were very nervous about what we would get for our money. The fact that Folio50 offer a home approval service really put our minds at rest. You explained that the items would be delivered to our property and placed in to our living room. If they didn’t suit our requirements the delivery company would simply return it back to Folil50 and our only obligation for would be paying the delivery costs ( in our case £75.00). This really put our minds at rest. nAs it happened we loved the 3 and 2 seater sofas !! Thank you for a pleasurable experience and a fantastic piece of furniture.

When you stated delivery could up to 14 days I was nervous that it wouldn’t be in place for the opening of my salon. When I explained this to you over the telephone, you pulled out the stops to get it here way in advance. Just a message to say thanks again for these sofas. I have to say the photos do not do them justice and they look stunning in my front room. The leather has a great patina and the build quality is evident from the leather used down to the heavy brass castors. Appreciate the complimentary protective Scotch guard treatment which furniture stores would charge extra for. I've been looking around for a while for nice antique style leather sofas and these are the best I've found.

Folio 50 were great from start to finish. I originally saw their items on eBay but the colour wasn’t quite right so they sourced three other suitable pieces of furniture for me. I was extremely impressed with their service. They were amazing at responding to calls/emails even at 9pm. They couldn’t do enough to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I initially bought two club chairs but I was so thrilled, that a day later, I invested in a sofa, which they kindly went way out of their way to source, in astonishingly quick time. At first I thought the testimonials on their website were too good to be true but I can see now why others have written such glowing reviews. They even said if I wasn’t happy once I’d seen them in my house then I could send them straight back on the van for a full refund. The delivery company they use were brilliant too. So helpful and friendly. Lou kept me fully informed of when my delivery was going to be. John, the driver, was a really nice guy. They gave such a personal service that I feel like I know them! My furniture is looking absolutely smashing in my drawing room. Once my building works are finished and my cash flow has improved, I’ll definitely look at furnishing my other rooms through them.
